2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@bykaos.com.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after.

If there are any delays in the delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: info@bykaos.com.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK, DKK, USD, EUR, NOK, and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received an ordered item.

 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you are withdrawing. The notification must be sent to us at info@bykaos.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns should be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged products from the refund amount.

 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.

Products that have the character of a sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products, tailored specifically to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

 6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?

Any defects and faults must always be reported to info@bykaos.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.

If we fail to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

7.  Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and clearance of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' exact appearance, as some color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
